graft restaurant underway
The former Grayson House Restaurant, which is located at 516 Grayson Parkway in Grayson, Georgia, is currently being renovated as a new restaurant called graft: This building was built in the late 1880s or 1890s. The John J. and Effie B. Cofer family lived in this house for most of its life until a small sandwich shop began to transform the estate. Fairly soon after, it changed hands to become the Grayson House Restaurant. We have already discovered a lot of interesting history and artifacts during our beginning phases of our restoration. We hope to open early spring of 2012. Thank you for your interest and support!

Can you please tell me if you're hiring, which positions and how to fill out an application? Do you know when you'll be open?
